How To Get A Texas Toll Tag
About Grand Prairie
We sell NTTA TollTags at the Grand Prairie Tourist Information Center, 2170 N. Belt Line Road, Grand Prairie, TX 75050.
First time TollTag user? Get your North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) Tag at our Tourist Center. Just bring your valid drivers license, the license plate number for all vehicles for which you would like to purchase a TollTag (NOTE: plate numbers are not on your insurance card), and a debit or credit card that NTTA will keep on file.
You will fill out an online form, pay with your credit card and receive your TollTag immediately!
Cost is $40 for up to three TollTags and you may keep the money on your TollTag for many years or reload as needed. When your account balance reaches $10 or less NTTA will charge an additional $40 to your credit/debit card on file.
NTTA TollTags work on all Texas toll roads and at DFW Airport. Toll rates for SH 161 through Grand Prairie are 15.3 cents per mile, while ZipCash customers pay 50 percent more. The cost difference is due to the higher costs of toll collection associated with ZipCash transactions. Your NTTA TollTag will also work on toll roads throughout Texas but will only receive discounted tolls in North Texas.
NTTA bills can not be paid at our facility!
For questions about billing or more details, visit NTTA.org or call the customer service line at 972-818-6882.
